We are continuing our slow cooker series for the fall with this fun take on a “hash brown” recipe. By replacing traditional hash browns with riced cauliflower, we keep the net-carb count down and by focusing on lean turkey and egg whites, we lower the fat. Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker the night before to wake up to this yummy breakfast!
Why use the slow cooker? Not only does the slow cooker save us time in the kitchen, but remember the slow cooker is a very energy-efficient appliance. Time saver and money saver? Sign us up for this recipe!
