Winter Heating Season Plan
The Winter Heating Season Plan is available to Ohio customers during the winter months which allows our customers to pay 1/3 of their total account balance each month by the due date. This plan goes through April 15th, which is the end of the winter period.
If the total account balance is not paid by April 15th, it will be due by the due date of the April billing statement.
Indiana Ten Dollar Plan
The Indiana Ten Dollar Plan is available to Indiana customers who have not previously enrolled in this program in the last 12 months.
This plan consists of an immediate down payment of $10 with the remainder of past due amount split over three monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statements.
1 Month Plan
The 1 Month Plan consists of an immediate down payment with the remainder billed in addition to your next monthly billing statement.
2 Month Plan
The 2 Month Plan consists of an immediate down payment with the remainder split over two monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statements.
3 Month Plan
The 3 Month Plan consists of an immediate down payment with the remainder split over three monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statements.
6 Month Plan
The 6 Month Plan consists of an immediate down payment with the remainder split over six monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statements.
9 Month Plan
The 9 Month Plan consists of an immediate down payment with the remainder split over nine monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statements.
12 Month Plan
The 12 Month Plan consists of an immediate down payment with the remainder split over twelve monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statements.
12 Month Plan
The 12 Month Plan consists of an immediate down payment with the remainder split over twelve monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statements.
3 Month Plan
The 3 Month Plan consists of an immediate down payment with the remainder split over three monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statements.
- You may combine your 3 Month Plan with a Level Payment Plan or continued with regular billing.
- Level Payment Plan options are Average Monthly Payment Plan (AMP) or the Budget Billing Plan.
- Each Level Payment Plan amount is currently starting at $0.00.
- Please note that a Level Payment plan will not automatically cancel after the three billing cycles unless you contact us to do so.
Customers that have chosen a different provider: Any Extended Payment Agreement plans would be in addition to your provider charges, even if a Level Payment plan is selected.
One-Third Plan
The One-Third Plan consists of an immediate down payment of 1/3rd of the balance with the remainder split over two monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statements.
One-Sixth Plan
The One-Sixth Plan consists of an immediate down payment of 1/6th of the balance with the remainder split over six monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statement.
- You may combine your One-Sixth Plan with a Level Payment Plan or continued with regular billing.
- Level Payment Plan options are Average Monthly Payment Plan (AMP) or the Budget Billing Plan.
- Each Level Payment Plan amount is currently starting at $0.00.
- Please note that a Level Payment plan will not automatically cancel after the six billing cycles unless you contact us to do so.
Customers that have chosen a different provider: Any Extended Payment Agreement plans would be in addition to your provider charges, even if a Level Payment plan is selected.
One-Sixth Winter Plan
The One-Sixth Winter Plan consists of an immediate down payment of 1/6th of the balance with the remainder split over six monthly payments in addition to your monthly billing statement.
- You may combine your One-Sixth Winter Plan with a Level Payment Plan or continued with regular billing.
- Level Payment Plan options are Average Monthly Payment Plan (AMP) or the Budget Billing Plan.
