Fall is officially slow cooker season, and the pantry-friendly ingredients in this recipe make it a quick one to put together in the morning! Keep this dish lean by using 90/10 ground meat and low-sodium taco seasoning.

Cheesy Salsa Chili Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground 90/10 sirloin*
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 14.5 oz. cans no-salt diced tomatoes
- 1 16 oz. jar salsa
- 1 tbsp. low-sodium taco seasoning
- 1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: light sour cream, chopped tomatoes, cilantro
- Combine the first five ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove lid. Stir in cheese until melted.
- Serve with optional toppings.
