Jennifer Ogletree

Director, Human Resources

Jennifer Ogletree serves as Director of Human Resources for SWEPCO, where she is responsible for leading the company's human resources strategy and programs, including talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.

Jennifer brings more than 19 years of human resources leadership experience spanning the energy, manufacturing, mining, and supply chain industries. Prior to joining SWEPCO, she served as Senior HR Manager for Nuclear and Supply Chain Operations at Vistra Corp., partnering with business leaders to advance talent development, organizational change, employee engagement, and workforce strategies. Throughout her career, she has supported complex operational environments and helped organizations build strong, high-performing teams.

She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Employment and Labor Law from Tulane University Law School, a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Abilene Christian University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from LeTourneau University.
