Todd Nottingham

Director, Customer Experience and Advanced Metering Infrastructure

Todd Nottingham is SWEPCO’s Director of Customer Experience and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). He is responsible for the expansion of advanced metering and bringing efficient electric technologies to homes, businesses and communities, energy efficiency programs and customer service.

Todd most recently served as manager of Customer Services. He joined SWEPCO in 1995 as a meter reader and transferred to Arsenal Hill power plant in 1997 to work at the Central Maintenance Facility. In the years that followed, Todd advanced through a variety of roles including, plant operator, apprentice lineman, Distribution Systems Supervisor, and Contract Coordination Manager, and Manager of Customer Service.

Beyond his professional work, he serves on the board of Heart of Hope for Women and teaches Sunday school at Cypress Baptist Church. He and his wife, Amanda, have two sons, Wesley and Jacob, who attend Louisiana Tech University.
