Make An Immediate One-Time Payment Use your credit or debit card, checking account or certain ATM cards to make immediate payment. Southwestern Electric Power Company will be notified immediately when your payment has been made successfully.
($2.95 service fee.)

Set Up Automatic Withdrawals From
					Your Bank Account Your monthly payment will be transferred from your bank account on the due date of your bill.

(Allow 4-6 weeks to take effect. No monthly withdrawal fee.)

Sign Up for Paperless Billing Make your payment online for free when you sign up for Paperless Billing.
Your bill will be sent directly to your email address each month. You will have security knowing your bill has arrived and the convenience to view it at anytime! And you can also sign up to pay your bill online for free from your checking account

(Payments must be scheduled at least two banking days prior to when Southwestern Electric Power Company should receive the funds.)

You can also pay in person, pay by phone, or pay by mail.

Southwestern Electric Power Company also lets you level out your payments through our monthly payment plan. Your bills will be more equal, not spiking as high in months when it's really hot or cold -- allowing you to better budget your monthtly electric payments. Southwestern Electric Power Company's monthly payment plan can be used in combination with all of our payment options.
