PIKEVILLE, KY --Kentucky Power is pleased to announce another effort to assist economic development in Eastern Kentucky, by offering a free webinar training series to local economic development professionals.

Community and economic development leaders are encouraged to take part in one, or all, of four 75-minute training programs led by Carol Johnson, a proven economic development sales expert who has helped hundreds of economic development professionals land quality jobs and business investments for their communities.

The webinars are offered:

• Tuesday, July 22, 2014, 10:00 AM
• Wednesday, August 27, 2014, 10:00 AM
• Tuesday, September 23, 2014, 10:00 AM
• Thursday, October 15, 2014, 10:00 AM

To participate, interested persons must register in advance by going to www.aeped.com/winmore. To get the most out of this program, participants are encouraged to attend each session. Session recordings will be available on a limited time basis following the series conclusion for those who register but cannot attend a live session. The number of registrants from any one organization is not limited, so economic groups/organizations can register as many staff members as they like.
